Campo Gallery
The Campo gallery surrounds the city and is the only one that touches upon all the different landscape galleries of the Museum. Upon entering, we will notice changes in colors, sounds, shapes and rhythms that give it a certain peaceful quality and a perspective of seasonal change that defines rural life. Every city was once rural. This gallery will help us understand that the countryside feeds the city, preserves cultural traditions and provides other ecosystem services to urban dwellers. The growing and dynamic demand of the city for food, goods and services leads to transformations in the countryside, which in turn has its own impact on natural systems. In this landscape, various issues related to human rights, land tenure, marginalization, migration, urbanization of rural lifestyles and climate change, among others, will be explored.
